We took our deep experience in retail experience and brand building to deploy what eventually became the Google Hardware Stores.

Rivian
We were honored to have worked with Rivian in the early days. Helping to map the customer journey for this digital first EV start-up. We took a black piece of paper and delivered a first of its kind ‘retail’ experience.
From there we help translate a consumer brand for commercial and B2B business units at Rivian.
